This book was haunting and mesmerizing. Ruby and Chloe are sisters with an amazing bond. Ruby is strong and everyone around her knows it. Chloe is several years younger and looks up to her. When Chloe swims out in the reservoir she finds the dead body of a girl around her age. After she is sent to live with her father and stepmother. When she finally escapes back home, she finds herself wondering how everything is the way it is. London the girl she thought was dead is there and doesn't appear dead at all. There are strange things happening all over town and Chloe tries to figure out what is going on. Ruby seems to have control over almost everything. As time goes on she begins to believe that Ruby has something to do with it all. Chloe learns how strong the bond really was between her and Ruby. This a great book and I would definitely recommend reading it. But do it when you have time to read it all the way through because you wont want to put it down.
