Lexi lives in a small town where everyone knows each other. No on comes to town and no one leaves. One night Lexi sees a stranger outside her house, but he appears to vanish into thin air. Children in town start to go missing from their beds. No one can explain how it is happening when doors and windows are locked. The town needs to find the person taking their children. The stranger becomes the suspect. Lexi doesn’t believe that at all, so she sets out on her own to find out what is happening. Lexi meets the stranger, Cole and she becomes determined to prove that Cole is innocent. They enlist the help of Magna and Dreska, who are witches to help them save the children and prove Cole’s innocence. Together they learn the truth about the person taking the children and discover a terrible secret the town has kept quiet for so long. Lexi learns why Cole can do the things he can, which drawls her closer to him. This is a ghostly story that will haunt you. Full of witches, magic and mystery. All in all it was a pretty good book.
