Review

I am speechless. This is a phenomenal book. Review to come soon.Update:Sasha is normal teenager, she does good in school, likes the cute boy. Just an all around great girl. Only she isn't just a normal girl, as she soon finds out. After suffering the horrible loss of her father, she want answers, not matter what. She decides to go tho this secret club meeting of The Ravens. She basically tortured because of what she is. She an Anabo, a descendant of Eve. She has a pure heart and is not tempted. She doesn't feel hate, jealously or malice toward anyone. When her mother is deported back to Russia, she is sent to live with family she doesn't know at all. They are horrible people, well except for Chris. Whe meets Jax she is drawn to him, but doesn't understand why. After Jax explains everything to her about who she is, what her destiny is, she wants no part of it. He's not just an ordinary guy either, he is one of the Sons of Hell. God's promise was that they would find peace with an Anabo, but he doesn't want her just because of what she is. Sasha must choose and it is not an easy decision of her own free will what she will do, one I don't envy for anything. Sasha is a character that I really enjoyed. She has went to some pretty horrible things in a short period of time, from her father murder and her mothers deportation, to finding out not only what she is, but where she really came from. She is a little wishy-washy sometimes, but she is a teenager. She was strong and determined when she needed to be, but spunk at times too. All in all I really did enjoy her.Jax is just an amazing character to me, from the get go I loved him. He didn't want influence Sasha to have feeling for him or that she was destined to be with him. He wanted her to choose for herself. I thought that was an admirable thing considering what it meant for him is did choose him. He really loved her and wanted to keep her safe. I have to mention Phoenix too, he is one of the brothers of Jax which of course means he is also a Son of Hell. His story was heart-breaking which has made him so guarded and solemn, but he did have a sarcastic side too, and there is just something about him that draws you to him. To me, he was an very interesting character, one I hope to see more of this series. The story of Anabo and Mephisto was intriguing and compelling. I think I was hooked after the first chapter. The world that created was simply captivating with a unique take on mythology, and a love that will bring you to your knees. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this. I could go on and on about this, but them I would spoil it. This is a phenomenal book and a great start to a series. I can't wait to start The Mephisto Kiss. A must read for sure.
